This person will work closely with PX on projects in: Whitman MA and Worcester MA

Job Description
- Manage all phases of public construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in large scale projects ($50M+)
- 5+ years of experience as a true Project Manager
- A strong background in public construction projects within the business services industry.
- Proven skills in project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams.
- A thorough understanding of construction safety and regulatory compliance.
- The ability to solve problems effectively and make sound decisions.
