In this role, you will be instrumental in the development and operations of new wireless infrastructure projects, making critical decisions between self-performance and outsourcing based on unique project level and portfolio circumstances. This role will also involve site acquisition, legal and regulatory compliance, and construction oversight.


Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess new wireless communication system development opportunities

• Negotiate deal terms with various sources of development opportunities such as carriers and commercial developers

• Conduct project feasibility assessments by compiling and analyzing critical documents and data sets

• Develop tactics and strategies for the successful development of qualified projects

• Manage development milestones and timelines efficiently

• Work on site acquisition for approval and secure all required agreements

• Lead project visits with key representatives and oversee the generation of all legal & regulatory deliverables

• Review project design and provide recommendations to architects, engineers, and utilities coordinators

• Prepare and submit use permit applications to proper authorities and develop strategies to obtain community support

• Work with Construction Operations Manager to draft requests for proposal, select construction contractors, and manage construction schedules

• Provide account services for potential customers such as site visit coordination and execution of required investigations and tests

• Coordinate agreement preparation and draft documents for signature, ensuring complete execution of contracts

• Ensure that assets are optimally maintained and enhanced to serve stakeholder needs

• Utilize skills in Change Management, Communication, RF engineering, Telecom, Wireless, and Wireless Communication to achieve project goals and enhance valuations.


What you bring to the table:


• Proven experience in a Site Acquisition, Project Management or Sr. Consultant role

• Demonstrated skills in Change Management

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in RF engineering is required

• Familiarity with Telecom industry standards and protocols

• Proficient in Wireless technology and Wireless Communication

• Knowledge of Data services is necessary

• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
