*Job Description:*

As a BCBA at Seven Hills Foundation, you will take charge of providing support and interventions to adults in a group home setting. While most of the work will be hybrid/remote, occasional travel between a handful of homes in the New Bedford area will be required. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Conducting assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
* Delivering direct therapy and monitoring the work of behavior technicians & direct support professionals
* Training and mentoring staff and caregivers
* Collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress and adjust interventions
* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

*Qualifications:*
* Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
* Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
* Proven experience working with adults facing life challenges
* Strong command of ABA principles and methodologies
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
