Human Resources Specialist JourneymanMayvin is seeking a Human Resources Specialist Journeyman to provide direct support to customer workforce operations. This role is critical to ensuring that HR functions-including recruitment, onboarding, position classification, benefits administration, and workforce planning-are executed accurately and efficiently in alignment with customer and federal policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to supporting a high-performing workforce within a fast-paced government environment. This contract is pending award. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.Responsibilities:Execute full-cycle recruitment to support customer workforce needsManage onboarding processes for new employees in compliance with policiesSupport position classification and alignment with federal and customer requirementsAdminister benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on available optionsMaintain accurate personnel records and update HR data systemsEnsure compliance with IC-specific human capital and federal HR requirementsAssist with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback trackingSupport employee relations initiatives to foster a positive work environmentFacilitate professional development programs and workforce training activitiesCollaborate with HR operations team members to deliver timely and mission-focused HR servicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree desiredMinimum 3 years of relevant experienceHR operations experience in IC/federal environmentFamiliarity with Intelligence Community HR policies, workforce requirements, and HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft)Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiativesCandidates must maintain a Professional Demeanor and are expected to dress professionally in support of the clientPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certificationAbout Mayvin:Mayvin is more than a workplace-it's a community built on innovation, inclusion, and impact.
