Practice Areas

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the legal team, including attorneys and paralegals.
- Manage the distribution and progress of client matters.
- Advocate effectively for clients and address client concerns.
- Interview, hire, and train new team members.
- Improve systems for legal service delivery.
- Support business development through new and existing client relationships.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in a managerial role within a law firm.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a legal team.
- Strong delegation, prioritization, and client advocacy skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bring in new clients.
- A book of business is a plus but not required.
Compensation
- Base salary of $180,000 per year.
- Additional compensation based on team performance and revenue.
- Opportunities for bonuses based on individual and team results.
Timeline
