Ecommerce Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

• 1st point of contact for all Ecommerce troubleshooting.
• Maintain and create tickets with Ecommerce platform and developer
• Optimize and manage product information through Akeneo, including taxonomy, descriptions, images, attributes, keywords of existing and new products
• Maintain static pages and update links, images, and content
• Approve and extend new Ecommerce user access
• Assist in providing demos to new Ecommerce users and internal sales staff
• Develop additional Ecommerce how-to videos and self-service documentation
• Create weekly reports and updates to the Ecommerce Manager including digital growth & usage and technical issues
• Assist in creating flyers and digital promotion materials
• Develop email campaigns driving Ecommerce growth
• Support project management of ongoing Ecommerce initiatives
• Build favorites and quick orders lists to Ecommerce customer accounts

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience
• Individual Contributor
• Experience Maintaining Product Information
• Experience with Ecommerce
