The Change Manager will be responsible for supporting end-to-end change management plans to effectively support complex projects and drive colleague adoption of transformational change initiatives (people, process, or technology changes) to achieve expected outcomes. The Change Manager will collaborate closely with business leaders and program managers to develop effective communications, trainings, documentation, and other deliverables as defined by projects and as needed for effective change management. As the Change Manager, you will report to the Director of Strategy and Transformation and be an integral part of SCRI's ever-evolving business.Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:Support business and system transformation efforts in a project management and change management capacityBuild and implement tailored change management solutions to meet the needs of the business and/or projectPartner with business owners to develop and execute stakeholder plans and change leadership activities in close collaboration with team leadersSeek to understand varying concerns and perspectives across stakeholder groups and functional areas (e.g., leadership, physicians, research staff, IT)Report to senior leaders on project initiatives, key results and insights to drive accountability and awarenessCraft engaging, relevant, and valuable deliverables that resonate with the intended audienceFacilitate meaningful change and foster collaboration to achieve expected resultsArticulate the case for change and evaluate change readiness across impacted teamsEnsure effective and on-time delivery of training materials by business owners and/or Training & Education partnersManage sustained change to deliver value to the businessMeasure and evaluate program effectiveness and/or track progressBuild strong and trusting relationships across multiple teams and departmentsMandatory: The Following Are Mandatory Expectations Of All SCRI Employees.Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement."During your employment with SCRI, you will be routinely assigned training requirements.
