Pay Range $83,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr About the Role Full?Time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) join a compassionate team at Twilight Hospice & Palliative Care and help bring comfort, dignity, and peace to patients and families. What Youll Do Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized plan?of?care strategies. Deliver hands?on nursing care focused on pain management, symptom control, and patient comfort. Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team including physicians, social workers, chaplains, and CNAs to ensure seamless, holistic care. Educate patients and families on the hospice philosophy, medications, and disease progression. Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation of visits, interventions, and communication. Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring dignity and compassion in every interaction. Provide emotional support to families during times of transition and grief. What Were Looking For Current RN license in the State of Texas (required). 1+ year of hospice, palliative care, or home health experience strongly preferred. Exceptional clinical judgment, organization, and time management. Genuine empathy, professionalism, and communication skills. Valid Texas drivers license and reliable transportation for home visits.
