This role requires a strategic, technically minded salesperson who can align customer needs with engineered rental solutions while supporting Flex Flow's operational and reliability standards.Key Responsibilities:Grow Revenue: Identify new business opportunities and close rental deals in the oil & gas, industrial water transfer, and infrastructure markets.Customer Development: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with field personnel, engineers, and procurement professionals.Application Expertise: Collaborate with engineering and reliability teams to deliver tailored pump packages that meet technical and operational requirements.Territory Coverage: Maintain a proactive field presence by conducting site visits, evaluating customer needs, and recommending rental solutions.Quote to Close: Prepare pricing, proposals, and rental agreements.
