SQL Server Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Server Developer to join our team. This role involves managing and delivering key projects utilizing offshore resources, ensuring all deliverables meet expectations and requirements, handling administrative and logistical tasks, and working closely with KYC (Know Your Customer) teams to align the KYC database with policy and business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS SQL Server, with an understanding of cloud migration, particularly with Azure.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage Offshore Resources: Oversee and manage deliverables from offshore resources, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Own Delivery of Expectations and Requirements: Ensure that all deliverables meet the complete expectations and requirements.

Administrative and Logistics Management: Handle administrative and logistical tasks for offshore resources to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborate with KYC Teams: Work closely with KYC teams and Product Owners (POs) to ensure the KYC database is aligned with the KYC policy domain and business requirements.

Data Model Implementation: Manage the implementation of the data model for MS SQL Server.

Cloud Readiness: Ensure that major solutions are cloud-ready as part of the client's roadmap and strategy to move everything to the cloud.

Azure Exposure: Utilize and integrate Azure knowledge (preferably with AZ-900 certification) in relevant projects and initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing offshore resources and deliverables.

Strong knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server.

Experience in KYC database management and alignment with policy and business requirements.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.

Azure Fundamentals certification (AZ-900) or equivalent experience.

Familiarity with cloud migration strategies and best practices.

Experience in the financial services industry or with KYC processes.
