Our specialized services encompass asphalt paving, land excavating, utilities, concrete work, soil stabilization, sediment control/stormwater management, and commercial snow removal. With the capacity to oversee entire construction projects, we are uniquely positioned to handle various types of construction site work and restoration projects. These include residential subdivisions, commercial lots, roadways, schools, park construction, healthcare facilities, churches, athletic fields, industrial sites, shopping centers, and more.

Responsibilities: The estimator is responsible for accurately bidding on public and private projects, as well as maintaining efforts to cultivate relationships with key prospects to foster new business prospects. It entails collaborating with assistant estimators to generate quantity takeoffs for cost estimates and employing estimating software to allocate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractor costs, and production elements for precise cost assessments incorporated into contract proposals. The position also entails crafting and submitting customized contract proposals tailored to each specific job.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Civil background.
2. 7+ years of estimating experience.
3. Experience working with estimating software.

Nice to Have Skills:

1. Networking and relationship-building experience within the industry.
2. Mid-Atlantic, multi-state estimating experience preferred.
3. College degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology or Engineering preferred
