Job Description:
In need of a scrum master who is very familiar with all the agile ceremonies.
The person will need to have good communication, facilitation and documentation skills.
Will need to have strong refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint grooming and Sprint Retrospective.
They need to be able to assign and delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring the team's work aligns with priorities and the overall schedule and ensuring the team is fully deployed and not idle.
The scrum master works closely with the product owner and internal BA to translate epics, features and stories on the sprint list into actionable tasks for developers.

Skill/Experience/Education:

Mandatory:
Bachelors in Computer science or related field.
6+ years of product/project development experience on an Agile Team
Experience in facilitating meetings and an understanding of facilitation techniques.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel
