Window & Door Installer Subcontracting Opportunities

What We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in window installation and remodeling.
  • A crew consisting of at least 2 skilled workers.
  • A demonstrated history of superior workmanship.
  • A strong commitment to customer service.
  • Availability to work during hours that are convenient for homeowners.
  • Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Effective time and work process management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Must be proficient with cell phones and basic mobile applications

Requirements for Subcontractors:

  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • References from previous work.
  • Ownership of a truck, trailer, and necessary tools.
  • Possession of a Certified Lead Renovator Certificate.
  • Proof of insurance, including:
    • General Liability
    • Automobile Liability
    • Worker’s Compensation
