Do you have the sales experience, industry knowledge, and customer relationships to help establish Amazon Ads as a leading AdTech platform?Key Job ResponsibilitiesAd Tech Account Executives are subject matter experts of multiple products within the Amazon AdTech Suite.They focus on accelerating tech feature activation and usagewhich improve campaign planning, activation, and measurementas an enabler to drive media growth and tech revenue fueled by our AdTech flywheel.The Ad Tech Account Executive role involves selling features, products, or an entire suite of products, to optimize the advertising process.Examples include Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon DSP, APIs, and AWS components.They remain customer obsessed by collaborating with other internal Advertising and AWS sales teams to develop strategic customer plans to grow programmatic media investment through adoption of Amazon's entire Ad Tech suite.They possess a deep understanding of the AdTech / Marketing Technology (Mar Tech) industry and regulations, to advise which products and features within Amazon's Ad Tech stack best address each customers' main needs and challenges.Basic Qualifications2+ years of B2B sales experienceExperience with CRM tools like SalesforceExperience (technical and operational) with multiple domain areas of programmatic advertising technologies (DSP, RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, etc.)Preferred Qualifications3+ years of digital ad sales as an individual contributor experience5+ years of programmatic advertising experienceExperience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environmentsExperience using data and trends to articulate business needs or equivalentExperience driving internal cross-team collaborationExperience managing external agenciesExceptional project management, written, and verbal communication skillsAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Los Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff; adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions; communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service; and follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $171,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
