Regional Manager - Homeowner AssociationsEbenezer is looking for a Regional Manager - Homeowner Associations to join our team in Edina, MN This position has oversight of, and provides general support to assigned HOA communities.This regional manager schedule includes:80 hours every two weeksFull time; Day shiftOn call for maintenance emergenciesResponsibilities:Oversees Property ManagersProvides budget/financial and regulatory support to the HOAProvides support and guidance to Board of Directors and committees of the HOAsParticipates as part of the Corporate HOA management team and assists with:Onboarding of new management contractsProblem solvingLong range planning for the HOA divisionPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:3 years Life Experience in any of the following: Business, Sales, Hotel, Leasing, Accounting, Customer Service, ActivitiesReal Estate Licensure - required to obtain within 24 months of hire dateDrivers License in good standingPreferred Qualifications:B.S./B.A. Housing, Business or related fieldBenefit OverviewEbenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and moreCompensation DisclaimerThe posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE).
