Job Title: IT Project Manager


Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)


Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure management, GxP compliance, and cloud setup. This role involves overseeing and executing critical IT projects that enhance our technical capabilities and compliance with industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and close projects that align with the company’s goals and compliance standards.

- Manage all phases of project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and IT infrastructure plans.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and adjust project scope, schedule, and costs based on business needs.

- Implement and manage changes to ensure project goals are achieved.

- Provide regular updates to higher management on project progress and strategies.

- Ensure secure and effective cloud architecture is implemented, adhering to GxP compliance.


Requirements:

- Proven working experience as an IT Project Manager.

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud services setup.

- Experience with GxP compliant environments is essential.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.


Additional Information:

This hybrid role requires the candidate to work onsite three days per week in Irvine, CA.
