This position reports to the property manager. Primary responsibilities include:Greeting prospective residents and giving tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and close leadsAssisting new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checksCollecting security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-insCommunicating all lease and community policies to new and current residentsFollowing up with all leads and prospects that did not leaseEnsuring apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last-minute touches when appropriateSeeking out new residents with creative marketing techniquesManaging the lease renewal process and retention effortsPromptly responding to calls, emails, and inquiriesIdeal candidates have experience in customer service, sales, leasing, real estate, hospitality, or retail and excel at engaging with different personalities.
