Sr Appian Technical Lead

JCW Group has partnered with a global Health and HR agency that focuses on public health, social services, and workforce services. They are searching for a Senior Appian Technical Engineer Lead to join their firm in a Hybrid fashion in their Mclean, VA location 2-3 days a week.


The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Appian platform and have prior experience leading RPA developers and/or Process Architects to implement solutions and strategic insight.


This role is only open to United States Citizens or Green Card holders at this time.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with Appian.
  • Ability to perform Proof of Concepts.
  • Prior experience leading RPA (Robotic Process Automation) developers and/or Process Architects.
  • Proficiency in Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS.
  • Experience with RPA and RPA tools such as "Automation Anywhere" or "UiPath"
  • Appian and AWS Certifications are a huge PLUS
