We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and take our nightlife promotions to the next level. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand's online presence and engage with our audience across various social media platforms including Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our nightlife events and drive engagement on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content, including videos, graphics, and photos, that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.
  • Produce high-quality videography content, including event highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional videos, to showcase the excitement of our events.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management, to maintain an active and engaging presence online.
  • Utilize meta-analytics tools to track key performance metrics, analyze audience behavior, and identify opportunities for increasing engagement, followers, and reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media initiatives into overall marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms to inform strategy and optimize content performance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and videography, preferably in the nightlife or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms, including their respective algorithms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and shareable content that drives user interaction and brand awareness.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting social media metrics and using insights to optimize strategy and performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed to cover live events and promotions.
