Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of success in utilizing business analysis to drive strategic decisions and initiatives.With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • They will collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, assess project risks and develop solutions.
  • The Senior Business Analyst will also coordinate with the IT and development teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • The right candidate for this role will have a Bachelor s Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. They should also have a minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis.
  • Knowledge of systems design process, as well as experience in banking or finance, is required.
  • We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who can build relationships across the organization and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and a desire to make a positive impact on the business.
