  • 6-month CONTRACT position with the possibility of extension
  • REMOTE work schedule, working EST or CST
  • Hourly: up $60 per hour depending on experience
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Workday experience
  • Experience in Workday modules such as Core HCM, Onboarding, Time Tracking, Benefits, Workday Payroll, Talent/Performance, Dashboards and Reporting
  • Proficiency in using the Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
  • Proficiency in configuring business processes
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting including custom reports
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and error diagnosis
WHAT WILL SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?In this Senior IT Workday Analyst role, you will provide operational support on the HR Technology Team supporting Workday, support enterprise-wide projects, perform mass data and Ad-Hoc reporting requests, and manage tickets and support escalations. This Senior IT Workday Analyst should have excellent communication, and the ability to problem-solve and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Provide global functional support for Workday HCM; along with one or more of the following modules: Absence, Benefits, Core Compensation, or Talent Management
  • Troubleshoot problems, test, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Log, route, and maintain support tickets in Zendesk, Jira, and ServiceNow
  • Design and develop custom reports and dashboards as required for business users and senior leaders
  • Conduct and support compliance audits
  • Provide guidance and training on system functionality to internal stakeholders and the HR Shared Services team
  • Support new Workday feature releases, bi-annually
  • Support enterprise-wide projects through EIBs, configuration changes, data audits, and testing
