The Event Manager reports directly to the Marketing Director and is responsible for the following responsibilities:  


  • Manage Brand Ambassador team and Community Lead Program. 
  • Consistently hire new Brand Ambassadors and Community Leads based on businesses needs and train them up to speed on brand story, flavors, and how events should be executed.
  • Book, plan, and execute experiential brand activations and events both locally and nationally including but not limited to community events, curated brand events, festivals, happy hours, and on/off premise tastings. 
  • Communicate with the Brand Ambassador team and Community Lead teams to staff events. 
  • Send calendar invites to BAs and Community Lead’s and update the Event Spreadsheet in a timely manner. 
  • Required to work 12 events per quarter. 
  • Plan and attend largest/strategic events as outlined by the Marketing Director.
  • Provide event summaries communicating consumer feedback and detailed information of event performance.  
  • Complete recaps communicating inventory, new account conversations, and  progress on a daily basis.   
  • Identify, develop, and establish relationships with local and relevant brand  partners in each respective market to drive brand awareness and support digital  reach goals. 
  • Engage consumers and create a unique experience to increase brand  awareness, customer loyalty, and drive sales.   
  • Transport and ship product and marketing materials to and from off-site events, to out of state BAs and retailers from Blind Tiger Taproom and/or FMG Warehouse. 
  • Assist with counting and maintaining inventory levels.   
  • Set up/breakdown, maintain, and clean event materials including but not  limited to coolers, tent, table, POS, jockey box, and all corresponding parts. 
  • Return all inventory to Blind Tiger Taproom or FMG Warehouse in a timely and organized manner. 
  • Effectively communicate with guests on Hooch Booch & Corpse Reviver’s stories, flavors, and product benefits.  
  • Maintain Better Buzz Brand’s high expectations of craft beverage presentation and delivery.  
  • Additional duties as assigned.   


Qualifications: 

  • Must be 18 years of age or older 
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and  holidays  
  • Valid TIPS or applicable state/county Responsible Alcohol Service certification required
  • Strong network of local brand partners and influencers 
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time (events, sales,  traveling, etc). 
  • Interpersonal, energetic and confident in engaging with customers 
  • Must have reliable transportation  
  • Strong attention to detail  
  • Ability to work independently (self-starter)  
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company  


Compensation: $25/hour, Part Time, Bonus Incentives
