Coordinates and executes all on-boarding and orientation for company. Post internal job postings, and external job postings/advertisements. Identify alternate sources for external posting exposure and initiates relationships. Conducts required pre-employment screenings. Ensures applicant/new employee compliance with position required records, trainings, licenses and credentialing information. Prepares and conducts New Employee Orientation, including making suggestions for improvement. Assists in benefits administration. Enters all newly hired employees into the HR

Provides follow-up on all outstanding documentation to ensure that information for Personnel Files is received timely, is accurate and up to date. Conduct audits, at least quarterly, to ensure department compliance and consistency


Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or business-related major with at least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources is required. Candidate must also possess have strong verbal and written communication skills


May be required to flex or extend working hours for trainings, or orientations.


Salary range between $50k-55kk
