Responsibilities:

The Post Close Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing executed loan documents via automated or manual audit, including ensuring accuracy of lender signing requirements
  • Performing loan package scanning and preparing certified true recordables
  • Maintaining files and documents
  • Shipping executed lender documents
  • Collaborating with Team Lead on post closing issues resolution and escalating as needed



Skills/ Competencies:

The ideal Post Close Specialist will possess these skills:

  • High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred
  • 1+ years title or financial services industry experience
  • RamQuest closing operations system experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
