Regional Final Mile Manager

iWest Companies is looking for an experienced client account manager to oversee and manage our accounts for our premiere white glove delivery service, InterWest Final Mile Logistics in a regional capacity.
The position requires the following: the ability to partner with and inspire leaders and teams; possess a strong operational background; and to build successful relationships with external business partners. The position also requires a dynamic and customer focused professional with an eye for detail and a flexible mindset. With the location of our Markets, the ability to travel 50%-75% of the time will be required.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple
accounts, and creating synergies to streamline the workload and maximize productivity. This person will
be skilled in interpersonal relations, process accountability, expense management, and be able to
develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the partners and the
operations team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

● Display a tenacious Commitment to our Service core value both for internal and external customers.
● Practice the tenets of Servant Leadership and continuously look for opportunities to remove obstacles for the Operations teams and Final Mile Market Leaders.
● Support clients and operations to execute business decisions that drive growth and profitability.
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the highest standard of care for our customer and company.
● Ability to effectively interface and partner with teams and individuals at every level of the organization.
● In partnership with the General Managers and Operations Managers, ensure Market Leaders are leading teams to meet/exceed the very high in-home delivery standards of iWest and its partners.
● Provide and support training and development of Market Leaders and team members in accordance with our partners standards and iWest standards.
● Continuously anticipate challenges that may affect the business and quickly roll out plans to solve problems and maximize opportunities.
● Provide feedback to the Operations Managers to ensure the Market Leaders are leading teams to maintain the warehouse, team uniforms, trucks, and product in a way that continuously reflects our commitment to quality.
● Track, understand, and educate all metrics as required by our Final Mile partners and iWest Companies. Ensure metrics are prioritized and expectations are met in accordance with our Commitment to Quality.
● Teach, demonstrate, and hold Market Leaders and Delivery Team members accountable to all iWest and DOT safety standards.
● Ability and flexibility to travel to visit markets in Idaho, Montana, and Utah as required by the needs of the business.
● Any other assignments, tasks, or functions as delivered by the Director of Client Experience and the iWest Leadership Team.

● Knowledge of Google, Microsoft, Excel, and Computer systems required.
● Ability and availability to travel between markets as needed.
Education/Experience
● Experience in client relations required
● Logistics operational experience preferred
● Three+ years of related experience preferred
● Associate or Bachelors Degree in a business-related field preferred Position Details:

● Compensation: Starting at $90,000/Annual Salary – based on experience
