Position Overview: We are looking for a Consultant Database Associate to join our client's asset management firm in Boston This role involves supporting the database team by managing the increasing need to incorporate information about the firm's investment products into their databases.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain new product profiles in the marketing databases.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly updates to the databases, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Update database entries with relevant data, including performance metrics, characteristics, assets under management (AUM), personnel, and qualitative information.
  • Partner with third-party vendors to implement and manage updates to the databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support and enhance database-related initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry are preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
