Qualifications

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in an IT management role (At least 3 years managing 5 direct reports)
  • 3+ years of experience in managing direct reports across different time zones and with varying technical skill sets.
  • 10 years of hands-on IT administration experience (systems, networking, firewall), Windows and Servers, Active Directory, Exchange On-Prem and Office 365 along with 2+ years Cloud Services Experience (Azure)
  • Proficiency in overseeing a 24/7 production IT environment/incident responses, tracking tickets.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on clear and concise stakeholder communication.
  • Exp. in implementing IT metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience in managing IT assets, purchasing, licensing and vendors relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, cloud enterprise networking, VPN, DNS, and firewall.
  • Experience with regulated data and associated network security platforms and controls, such as SOC2.
  • Familiarity with hosting platforms, including hyper-converged clusters and public cloud.
  • Proven experience in managing data center migrations, cloud migrations, enterprise storage backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Ability to research and work independently, prioritize, delegate, and track multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and a knack for coaching, managing, and developing cross-disciplinary technical resources
