Senior Administrative CoordinatorOur client is a leading provider of third-party logistics (3PL) solutions dedicated to delivering operational efficiency and outstanding client service.Location: Fully Remote | 9 AM 5 PM ESTRole OverviewThe Senior Administrative Coordinator will support client services and operational performance across multiple logistics functions. This role serves as a key point of contact for client and departmental inquiries related to special projects, inbound receipt, order fulfillment, and returns processing.The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, experience in report generation, and a background in a 3PL environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support & CoordinationPerform clerical tasks such as copying, filing, email communication, and report generation to support inventory control, work order processing, and operational activities.Collaborate with internal teams to manage special projects and ensure successful execution aligned with client requirements.Serve as a backup for other Administrative Coordinators and Account Managers to maintain operational continuity.Client Interaction & Account ManagementAct as a primary contact for assigned accounts, managing inquiries and assisting with service issues by identifying sources, determining solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.Participate in Client Satisfaction Team (CST) meetings to remain aligned with client expectations and propose process improvements.Order Processing & DocumentationHandle daily order processing, including managing held orders, backorders, drop ship orders, and order status updates.Escalate operational issues internally when necessary to ensure timely resolution.Distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports while maintaining accurate billing and client documentation.Data Management & ReportingConduct research and problem resolution by analyzing order details, cycle count results, receiving paperwork, and inventory-related documents.Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with operational standards through consistent record updates and reporting.QualificationsExperience3+ years of experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Business Intelligence tools, preferably in a 3PL environment.Demonstrated experience in report generation, business reviews, and operational analysis.SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with database or order processing systems.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal coordination and client interaction.Detail-oriented and proactive, with a customer-focused, collaborative mindset.Self-motivated and accountable, demonstrating initiative and ownership in task execution.What Success Looks LikeEfficient Client Support: Prompt resolution of client inquiries and issues, resulting in increased satisfaction and trust.Accurate Reporting: Consistent delivery of reliable data and reports to support decision-making.Seamless Order Processing: Precise and timely order management that meets client expectations.Process Optimization: Continuous identification and implementation of workflow improvements.Collaborative Execution: Strong coordination with internal teams to meet organizational objectives.OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic logistics organization where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring client satisfaction.
