We are seeking a Senior Accounting Associate to take ownership of daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international investment environment while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and integrity across all financial processes. Key Responsibilities Accounting Manage daily bookkeeping and general ledger activities in coordination with external accounting partners. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP. Support external and internal audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and documentation. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely financial reporting. Finance Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely and accurate processing. Monitor and manage cash flow, including preparing short-term forecasts and liquidity reports. Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning to support management decisions. Operations & Compliance Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy. Support compliance and internal control initiatives. Perform additional duties as required to support business operations and strategic goals. Qualifications 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including bookkeeping and AP/AR management. Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards. Experience in supporting audits and preparing audit documentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Additional Requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States.
