As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards in our warehouse operations.


Position Overview:

Expion360 is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, shipping, and receiving, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. While a Class B CDL license is preferred, Expion360 is willing to cover the cost for the right candidate to obtain it. Experience with NetSuite ERP and Hazmat shipping is also preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked, managed, and stored according to company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Logistics & Shipping:

  • Coordinate with logistics companies to ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving.
  • Manage and execute Hazmat shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and accurately.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of performance and morale.
  • Schedule and oversee warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and reduce accidents.

Inventory Management:

  • Utilize NetSuite ERP system to manage and track inventory.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with procurement to manage stock levels and order supplies as needed.

CDL Operations:

  • Preferred: Hold a Class B CDL license for potential driving responsibilities related to warehouse operations.
  • For candidates without a Class B CDL, Expion360 will provide training and cover costs for obtaining the license.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or related field.
  • Preferred: Experience with NetSuite ERP system.
  • Preferred: Class B CDL license (or ability to obtain one).
  • Candidates will be required to pass an ODOT mandatory physical, drug test, and background check. 
  • Experience with Hazmat shipping and knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
