Role Overview:

The Director of Marketing at Cleanlogic will be a crucial player in driving our brand's growth and market share through innovative strategies and storytelling. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, particularly within the self-care, bath, and cosmetics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, public relations, content creation, influencer partnerships, and events.
• Partner with branding agencies to lead comprehensive brand strategy aligned with Cleanlogic's vision and goals.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
• Develop and execute an integrated communications strategy across multiple channels.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and measure ROI on marketing initiatives.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, ensuring timely delivery and impactful market entry.
• Utilize data and analytics to track the performance of marketing campaigns, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the beauty or fashion industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a competitive market.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and influencer marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
