Position: Jr NOC Technician
Location: Denver, Colorado 80202
Onsite Requirement: Hybrid, 1 day onsite
Shift: Night Shift
Contract: 6 months to start, may convert or extend to direct hire.
Pay Range: $22/hr- $25/hr+
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Effectively use monitoring tools and respond to alerts that impact the environment.
- Create incident tickets and assign to the appropriate Incident Assignee group.
- May also perform the role of Incident Assignee and/or Incident Analyst managing trouble tickets, troubleshooting, resolving, assigning and escalating as appropriate for timely resolution and response, retaining ownership to bring the incident to a close.
