Maintenance Scheduler & PlannerResponsible to manage planning and scheduling of preventative, predictive and corrective tasks.Key responsibilities include:Accountable for all spare parts (kit building, warehousing satellite storage, etc.)Accountable for updating and maintaining CMMS documentation including: Drawing attachments, Lock out Tag outs, Spare Parts Codes, Critical TasksResponsible for planning and scheduling down days and outages (including all material and labor)Responsible for hiring, counseling, disciplining and termination of employees when appropriateAccountable for managing environmental and safety recordkeeping utilizing CMMSServes as a technical resource for maintenance supervisors including the following: Generates CMMS Reports, Drawing Revisions, Inventory Requests, Monthly Cost ReportsManages and updates SAP information related to maintenance (equipment table, PM task revisions)Coordinates utilizing outside contractors to supplement workforce when requiredResponsible for maintaining maintenance reports (costs and delay reports)Responsible for the review of daily electrical and mechanical equipment inspections to ensure necessary follow-up work orders/request are created and completedAccountable for 5S compliance within their area of responsibilityResponsible for reviewing/evaluating equipment delays and developing corrective action plans. Must participate in CIT'sResponsible for maintaining the maintenance budget in the area of responsibilityResponsible for meeting with operating personnel daily to ensure all work requests are being metAccountable for sending out equipment for repair and generating requisitions and quotesExperience, skills, and knowledge required:Language skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsMathematical skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsReasoning ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram formAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situationsMechanical comprehensionEducation, training, and certifications:BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/ Engineering Technology Degree preferredMinimum 10 years in manufacturing or heavy industrial equipment with a background in planning and schedulingEqual Opportunity Employer.
