Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
- Assist requests in a timely manner and efficiently
- Answer all incoming calls, provide pertinent information to the caller, and transfer the call to the appropriate source if requested
- Very strong attention to detail and a strength in managing expectations and risks
- Welcoming clients and guests who call or visit the office with polish, professionalism, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Requirements:
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
