Specializing in education and commercial construction projects, they are renowned for their collaborative work environment and strong, long-standing relationships with local municipalities and clients. They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team, overseeing education and commercial projects, and mentoring a talented group of Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Managers.Job DescriptionOversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
