This position will provide support to the Project Engineering team through monitoring of project schedules and/or budget information across various software platforms, conducting research, preparing reports, assisting with data integration and analytics efforts, drawing and document control, and collection, review, and organization of field and asset information.

 

Core Responsibilities:

·       Provide project planning, scheduling, cost analysis, and monitoring support to Project Engineering team.

·       Work closely with Project Engineering team in data collection and facilitation needs.

·       Track project schedule and budget information across various software platforms, including Microsoft Office and Peloton Software Suites.

·       Prepare project-specific documentation such as cost estimates, bid documents and construction documentation.

·       Support the Project Engineering team through schedule forecasting, tracking, and follow up for long lead materials and equipment to ensure accuracy of procurement schedules.

·       Support Project, Engineering, Construction, and Operations teams through development of project-specific plans and procedures.

·       Support the Project Engineering team in development of comprehensive project plans with emphasis on constructability, schedule, and costs.

·       Collect relevant field and asset information to support Project, Engineering, Construction, and Operations Team needs.

·       Compile, review, and maintain project and asset documentation throughout various phases of project life cycle.

·       Work closely within interdepartmental disciplines including operations, land, safety, environmental and permitting to ensure project objectives and timelines are being achieved.

·       Work with accounting to reconcile invoices, payment to vendors, and track invoice activity.

·       Ensure all work complies with Company Design & Construction Standards, Work Procedures, Company policies, and applicable Federal and Environmental regulations.

·       Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

·       Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Required Skills:

·       Ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere.

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·       Problem assessment and problem solving.

·       Ability to contribute in a team environment

·       Ability to interpret architectural/construction drawings and internal specifications.

·       Good construction management and organizational skills

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office

·       Must be flexible with working conditions & job locations

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Peloton Software Suite

·       Ability to work across multiple disciplines of Oil and Gas in a high pace environment

·       Strong background in data management and automation.

·       Experience in invoicing, general office duties, and accounting practices

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

·       2-5+ years relevant experience in oil and gas industry

·       Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study, with preference given to Engineering/Technical Fields

·       Valid Driver’s License
