Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. The Dietary Aide will play a crucial role in our facility by assisting in the preparation and serving of nutritious meals to our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with specified menus and dietary restrictions. Ensure that food is prepared, served, and stored in a safe and sanitary manner following established food handling procedures. Assist in setting up dining areas and serving meals to residents in a courteous and timely manner. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure compliance with sanitation standards. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of basic food preparation and handling techniques.
