Overview Join Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Cloud Security Delivery Consultant within our Professional Services (ProServe) team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage cutting-edge AWS solutions that align with our customers' technical needs and business goals. You will play a crucial role in driving customer success on their cloud journey by providing expert technical guidance and best practices throughout the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions customized to meet customer requirements. Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting support during project delivery. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective migration strategies. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies. Enhance organizational knowledge by mentoring others, providing training, and creating reusable resources. About the Team AWS Global Services empowers customers to design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments. Our teams work in partnership with AWS Partners and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to foster enterprise cloud adoption across a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries. Basic Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience. At least 1 year of experience automating security operations, including scripting and automation for scalable and secure environments, security assessments, and implementing security policies as code. Minimum of 1 year leading incident response efforts, including threat detection and analysis, as well as managing eradication processes. At least 3 years of experience with security services and best practices, including optimizing and implementing security controls. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, and CloudFormation. AWS Professional certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional, Certified Security Specialty) are preferred. Experience with automation and scripting tools like Terraform and Python. Knowledge of security and compliance standards, including HIPAA and GDPR. Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. Understanding of industry standards like PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks. Experience implementing enterprise security solutions, including WAF, IPS, Anti-DDoS, and SIEM.
