Job Description:

Encompasses the application of scientific, technological, and mathematical principles to determine the most effective way for a manufacturing organization to use people, materials, equipment, information, and energy to make a product.

Plans plant, office, and production facilities and equipment layouts; determines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.

Requirements:

Requires basic understanding and application of standard engineering or scientific theories, concepts, principles, and techniques.

Requires the ability to develop and resolve solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.

Work is closely monitored, and technical assignments are given with specific, detailed instructions. Contacts are primarily with immediate project team or leaders, or other professionals in a similar group. Education:

AAS Required, BS Desired Experience: 0-3 Years
