Job Description: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, and our Amazon storefront. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a knack for creative content, and experience with SEO and Facebook advertising.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Instagram and Facebook.
  • Create, curate, and manage daily content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media conversations.
  • Schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent and timely updates.

Facebook Advertising:

  • Design and manage Facebook ad campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience.


Amazon Storefront Management:

  • Manage and update our Amazon storefront, ensuring product listings are optimized and appealing.
  • Monitor sales performance and customer reviews, responding to feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the product team to create compelling product descriptions and images.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and creating successful ad campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with managing an Amazon storefront.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse online audience.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of e-commerce trends and strategies.
