Contact us if you are interested Director of Dentist Recruitment - Samantha (Text/Call) or Skills: Diagnose and treat ailments and abnormalities of gums, teeth, and mouth, providing appropriate treatments and prescriptions Locate and repair cavities, prepare and fit dental crowns, and perform procedures for molding, capping, and recapping teeth Maintain detailed dental histories and charts for patients Recommend corrections for complex dental treatments through counseling and referrals Guide and counsel patients on preventive dental care Provide comprehensive dental treatment, including urgent care, operative dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, prevention, and pediatrics Conduct examinations, diagnoses, and required treatments Maintain accurate treatment records and patient consent documentation Evaluate patient needs and make clinically appropriate recommendations Supervise and guide dental staff as needed Preferred Experience: Strong expertise in dental implants,full extractions, bone grafts, sinus lifts, and restoration work Skilled in crown and bridge procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Benefits: Competitive compensation: 31-32% of collections (no base salary) Continuing education stipend Health insurance and 401k options available Potential for practice buy-in Qualifications: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active dental license in the state of Florida Minimum of 2 years of general dentistry experience preferred About Dental Dynamic Staffing: Since 2004, Dental Dynamic Staffing has been a trusted partner connecting top dental professionals with reputable dental practices nationwide.
