We offer a competitive compensation package which includes a base salary plus uncapped commission potential along with an unmatched benefit package
Compensation:
As a Recruiter Trainee: (first 3 months in the role)
- hourly rate of $23.28 for 40 hours
- Eligible for 5 hours of overtime a week
As a Recruiter 1: (after you successfully complete 3 months of training)
- ($66,500/yr = $1,278/week + commission)
- Base Salary: $52,500
- $5,000 annual cost of living on top of salary
- $9,000 additional S/LWR
- Uncapped commission
