Project CoordinatorA technology consulting firm located in the suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a Project Coordinator to their teamResponsibilities:Meet with Project Managers every Friday to capture weekly forecasting needs for internal personnel tasks and upcoming deadlinesPrepare and update the weekly Manpower Planning reportTrack design deliverable deadlines and document manpower assignmentsCoordinate overlapping team completion demands and define task prioritiesTrack proposal status, Add Service Proposals (ASPs), and receipt of purchase orders (POs)Monitor engineer schedules, including PTO and travel arrangementsQualifications:2+ years of experience in a related fieldExperience in internal project/people/scheduled coordination at a design or construction firmVantage Point is a bonusJob Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodridge, IL.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.26/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
