Clinical front desk experience is required
Summary:
We are seeking a personable and outgoing Front Desk Administrator to join our team. This position requires someone with drive and initiative who can effectively manage administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexibility to work between the hours of 8am-8pm in Oxon Hill, MD.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the clinical director.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Take initiative to ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other team members to support office operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
