Sales DirectorWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director with a proven track record in leading B2B sales teams, particularly in the Payroll, HRIS, or related sectors. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, optimizing processes, and developing a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a B2B sales team, focusing on achieving quota attainment, pipeline management, and closing deals.Recruit, onboard, and nurture top talent, enhancing the skills of existing team members.Conduct hands-on coaching, including joining field activities like cold calls and prospect meetings.Organize and lead weekly team meetings to evaluate metrics, set objectives, and address challenges.Instill a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.Qualifications:Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, specifically in payroll services or B2B product solutions.Proficiency with CRM tools such as Pipedrive or Salesforce.Strong ability to collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Client Success teams to enhance lead conversion and customer satisfaction.Expertise in maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.Consistent achievement or surpassing of weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets.Why Join Us:This opportunity is ideal for a sales leader looking to make a significant impact in a growth-focused role.
