Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9000 standards.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9000 and other relevant quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring product and process improvements.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality management practices and ISO 9000 requirements.
  • Prepare and review quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports.
  • Support customer audits and manage customer complaints related to quality issues.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer with a strong understanding of ISO 9000 standards.
  • Certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct audits and implement quality improvement processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with quality management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
