Quality Process Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Process Engineer to ensure materials are produced to meet required quality standards, evaluate and continuously improve production processes, and provide support on the production floor for any issues related to quality.
The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in a scientific field and 0-5 years' experience in process engineering or quality control manufacturing environment or equivalent experience in process engineering or quality manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring delivered products are compliant with quality planning models and are manufactured in compliance with standards.
- Working to ensure quality and productivity performances comply with goals defined by the company.
- Applying right the first-time principles to ensure total quality.
- Anticipating and taking actions to reduce risk to the customer, product compliance, and quality performance.
- Addressing complaints, nonconformities, nonstandard situations and performance shifts with appropriate actions.
- Helping operators to gain knowledge of product quality (mentoring, training, etc.)
- Monitoring quality results to ensure the product is performing as expected.
- Working with other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Leading/Participating in quality planning for products, materials, processes, and methods.
