Description

Quality Manager:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the investigation of quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality practices into product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to promote a culture of quality within the organization.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage documentation related to quality control processes, ensuring proper record-keeping and reporting.
  • Interface with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns and ensure alignment on quality expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization's quality practices remain current and effective.

Profile

Quality Manager:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Quality Management Experience: 10+ years of experience in quality management or assurance roles, preferably in manufacturing or technology sectors.
  • Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and the use of quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, DMAIC).
  • Excellent Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to articulate quality issues and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to quality assurance, with an emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Passion for implementing process improvements and fostering innovation within quality management practices.
  • Customer Focused: Strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer quality requirements and expectations.
