Partner Growth, Technical Business Development InternAre you someone who is passionate about Media and Streaming at The Walt Disney Company? Are you interested in growing our streaming business and helping support new and existing partnerships and go-forward strategy at Disney+? The Partner Growth, Technical Business Development Intern supports the Partner Growth team within Disney's Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) streaming business. We are responsible for ongoing partner management, strategic assessments, and evaluations of growth opportunities with new and existing partners. The team partners with key stakeholders in setting the growth strategy and prioritization for all partner types: Global Distribution, Regional Distribution and Wholesale, Promotional and Synergy. We're looking for someone interested in developing their critical thinking, competitive analysis, process creation, and modeling skills. Over the summer, you will gain a deep understanding of Disney's streaming businesses, our position in the streaming landscape, and the partnerships that bring Disney+ to subscribers everywhere around the globeWhat You Will DoContribute to building operating and financial modelsIdentify and evaluate trends for Disney's Direct-to-Consumer wholesale partnersSupport our team with strategic assessments, including critical business questions around topics including sign up, engagement and churn trends on platform / product features and capabilitiesAssist with the creation of executive-level presentations and updatesProvide regular, digestible partner performance reports for key stakeholdersHelp our team maintain documentation for meeting notes and presentationsRequired Qualifications & SkillsComfortable working with quantitative and qualitative datasets on PowerPoint/Excel and Google Slides/SheetsCuriosity identify data trends and anomalies and turn them into deep-dive analyses to better understand trends across regions, products and partnersCollaborative teammate with strong verbal skills, written communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work cross functionally across a diverse set of teamsWillingness to learn and execute with ambiguityCritical thinker with a strong business sensePassion for Media and EntertainmentPreferred Qualifications & SkillsProficient in Financial ModelingProficient with Data Visualization Tools (Tableau or Looker)EducationCurrently enrolled as a Graduate level student pursuing an MBA or a Graduate level degree in Media, Entertainment, Technology, Finance, Consulting, Economics or a related field.Eligibility Requirements & Program InformationCandidates for this opportunity MUST meet all the requirements below:Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney InternshipCurrent Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.Be at least 18 years of agePossess unrestricted work authorizationAdditional InformationThe approximate dates of this position are May/June 2026 through August/September 2026Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from workFully available from Monday-Friday for the duration of the position, 40 hours per weekThe pay rate for this internship in New York is $30.40 per hour.
