Manage complex trenchless operations while enjoying competitive pay, performance bonuses, and real growth potential.About the CompanyEstablished civil contractor with 75+ years of experience specializing in jack & bore, tunneling, auger boring, micro tunneling, pipe jacking, underground utilities, grading, and site development.Long-standing market stability and reputationFamily-oriented culture committed to quality, safety, and professional developmentInternal advancement opportunities with mentorshipStrong backlog of specialized infrastructure workWhat You'll DoLead and mentor crews on jack & bore, tunneling, auger boring, and underground utility projectsPlan and allocate resources for daily operations to maintain schedule and budget targetsOversee pipe jacking, auger boring machine setup, steel casing installation, welding, and tunneling equipmentManage confined space entry and shaft work up to 50 feet deep per OSHA regulationsMaintain safe, organized job sites while coordinating with project managers and inspectorsTroubleshoot unexpected ground conditions and equipment issuesProvide training and mentorship to develop crew skills in advanced techniquesTravel regionally across Georgia and the Southeast as neededWhat We're Looking For5+ years of jack & bore, tunneling, and auger boring experience2+ years as foreman or crew lead on specialized projectsExpertise in pipe jacking, auger boring machines, steel casing, and tunneling operationsMicro tunneling experience preferredAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plansKnowledge of construction methods, confined space safety, and OSHA regulationsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsCDL preferred; OSHA 10/30 certification valuedNote: HDD-only experience will not be consideredPay & BenefitsSalary: $90,000–$110,000 DOEPerformance bonusesComprehensive medical/dental/vision/life/disability coverage401(k) with company matchCompany vehicle and allowancePTO and long-term growth into senior leadership roles
